Министр просвещения Сергей Кравцов ответил на вопросы главредов ведущих СМИ России. Конференция прошла в приложении Zoom, где последние несколько месяцев проходили почти все школьные уроки
Заимствовали у такого формата и типичные вопросы: «А меня слышно?», «А я не завис у вас?». В открытый доступ транслировались первые 45 минут – что успели обсудить за это время, расскажем методом «нахального пересказа».

– Я 20 лет был школьным учителем! 1 сентября стоит ждать открытия школ?
Кравцов: Все хотят вернутся к очной работе, и ученики, и учителя. 1 сентября откроем сады и школы. Нынешние договоренности с Роспотребнадзором это позволяют.
– Тем, кого выдернут для проведения ЕГЭ, как компенсируют отпуск?
Кравцов: Организаторы ЕГЭ – действительно учителя. Им действительно проработаны компенсации, в том числе выплаты.
– Мне прямо сейчас пишут десятки учителей, что понятия не имеют, на какие компенсации они могут рассчитывать. Может ли быть так, что информация пока доведена только до областных министров? Может вы озвучите в прямом эфире, что это за компенсации, или хотя бы посоветуете подчиненным опубликовать данные на сайтах.
Кравцов: Учителя все знают! Если они не знают, значит это те учителя, которые не задействованы в проведении ЕГЭ.
– На входе в места проведения ЕГЭ будет теплометрия. Приходит старшеклассник, у него 37,2, что произойдет?
Кравцов: Будут решать на месте, но он может сдать ЕГЭ в августе и все равно поступить.
– Есть раскладка, сколько человек сдают ЕГЭ по каждому предмету? Есть неожиданности?
Кравцов: На руках нет, наизусть не помню. Мы вам отправим. Больше всего сдают обществознание, постепенно растут естественные науки.

– Есть даты для сдачи ЕГЭ выпускникам прошлых лет?
Кравцов: Все есть на сайте – это тоже июль. Там периодически возникают проблемы с регистрацией, в этом случае нужно звонить на горячую линию.
– Выпускникам иметь с собой маски и перчатки?
Кравцов: По нынешним требованиям – только организаторам.
– Пробное ЕГЭ – это без выпускников?
Кравцов: Да, это чтобы проверить готовность организаторов, исправность видеонаблюдения, наличие нескольких входов и выходов в здании.
– Липовых стобалльников уже нет?
Кравцов: Искоренили! Первые годы у нас был ЕГЭ-туризм в регионы, где легче сдать, но такого давно нет, все равны. А количество стобалльников все еще растет, но уже вместе с качеством образования.

– В школах нет кондиционеров, июль самый жаркий месяц, а организаторам теперь нужно еще и в масках стоять. Это гуманно?
Кравцов: Участники в аудиториях сидят по три часа, это не так много. А организаторы могут друг друга подменять, могут выйти в штаб, будет водный режим, а куда-то даже сплит-системы закупят.
– Прогнозируете ли вы средний балл в связи с новыми условиями подготовки?
Кравцов: Прогноз есть, но я его не озвучу. У домашнего обучения есть ведь и плюсы: больше времени на подготовку по профильному предмету. И бюджетных мест ведь больше стало – с поступлением проблем не будет.

– Говорят, что со следующего года в школы будут ходить только богатые, а бедные останутся на дистанционке.
Кравцов: Дистанционные технологии будут развиваться в дополнение традиционному образованию, для тех, кто пропустил урок, для детей с ОВЗ. Закрывать школы от учеников никто не будет, тем более исходя из достатка.
– Президент предложил ввести школьный курс генетики. Как это будет выглядеть?
Кравцов: Мы еще не обсуждали.
Арслан Хасавов, «Учительская газета»:
– Детям по всей стране тайно выдали аттестаты, а потом их аннулировали. В сети паника.
Кравцов: Потому что нельзя было выдавать аттестат до ЕГЭ, сейчас правительство издало приказ, уже можно.
И теперь не все выпускники хотят сдавать ЕГЭ. Было 700 тысяч заявок, сейчас 10% из них решили пойти в заведения среднего специального образования без ЕГЭ, им аттестат выдадут просто так.
С таким оттоком желающих даже рассадка 1,5 метра друг от друга не сильно увеличит количество мест проведения ЕГЭ.
– Нужно ли законодательно закрепить права учителей? Их то и дело оскорбляют, нередко даже избивают, а у них нет никаких рычагов правовой защиты. «Учительская газета» писала, что в Ульяновской области появился закон «О статусе педагога».
Кравцов: Статус учителя должен быть закреплен. Уже повышены зарплаты до среднего уровня по экономике. Закон я готов обсуждать, но не сейчас. Нужно время, чтобы посмотреть, что там в Ульяновске получилось.
– Вы говорили, что при каждом пединституте должна быть своя школа. Их как-то прикрепят или перепрофилируют?
Кравцов: Вопрос никуда не ушел, молодым педагогам нужна практика, чтобы они не разбежались.
– На днях разговаривал с вашим классным руководителем Людмилой Мешковой, она говорит, что переживала, когда вы взвалили на себя такую ответственность, а сейчас интересуется, со всем ли вы справились?
Кравцов: Большой ей привет! Учителей своих я помню и люблю, все мы должны их помнить и любить.
Мы делали все, чтобы сохранить здоровье детей и чтобы образовательный процесс при этом не прерывался. Делал все не я один, делала команда, люди опытные. И все что требовалось, мы сделали.
